OUTPUT

Career Gap Report + Coaching Plan

A specific, prioritized list of what you're missing — and a structured mentorship plan to close each gap.

Built from real career data

Our archetypes aren't based on job descriptions or textbooks. They're built from the actual CVs of clinicians who already hold those roles — across specialties, institution types, and career trajectories.

The dataset gets smarter over time

Every member who joins — and every mentor who uploads their CV — makes the archetype models more accurate. The platform compounds in value with every user, creating a data moat no competitor can replicate without years of time.

Proprietary & HIPAA-compliant

All career data is anonymized and aggregated before being used in archetype modeling. Members control their data, and individual profiles are never shared with employers, institutions, or third parties without explicit consent.

WHAT THEY'RE SAYING

Real outcomes from real clinicians

From residency to the boardroom, Continuum Health is changing how healthcare professionals grow their careers.

"

"I'd been struggling to find a mentor who understood the pressures of residency — the hours, the politics, the imposter syndrome. Continuum matched me with an attending in my specialty within 48 hours. Three months in, I have a clear fellowship plan and someone who's been there to guide me through it."

"

"We deployed Continuum across our 1,200-person medical staff as part of our retention initiative. Engagement is up, turnover intent is down, and our program directors finally have visibility into mentorship activity system-wide. The ROI case practically wrote itself after the first quarter."

"

"PCS moves have always been a career killer for mentorship continuity — you build a relationship, then you're gone. Continuum follows you. My match transferred with me from Pensacola to Bethesda seamlessly. The AI Coach is genuinely useful for working through decisions on deployment rotations."

Why Continuum

Built for healthcare.
Not adapted from somewhere else.

There's no shortage of coaching platforms, learning tools, and LinkedIn messages. There is a shortage of structured, discipline-specific, career-stage-aware mentorship for healthcare professionals. Here's how we compare.

Feature
C Continuum Health
Finding a Mentor on Your Own Generic Coaching Platforms LinkedIn Learning / CME Courses
AI-matched by specialty + career stage ~Generic only
Healthcare-specific mentor vetting
Structured mentor training program
CME / CE credit tracking ~Courses only
Session Intelligence & AI coaching ~Basic tools
Covers all disciplines (not just MDs) ~Depends on luck ~Limited
Career-stage structured journeys
Health system enterprise integration ~Some platforms ~LMS only
Free tier for students ~Trial only
💡
The bottom line: Generic coaching platforms weren't designed for the credentialing, CME, and specialty-specific complexity of healthcare careers. Continuum was built from day one for the realities of clinical practice — across every discipline, not just medicine.
FAQ

Everything you want to know
before you start.

Real questions from healthcare professionals who've looked at the platform. If yours isn't here, reach out.

Is Continuum only for physicians?
No — and that's the point. Continuum was built for every healthcare professional: physicians, nurses, PTs, OTs, pharmacists, PAs, NPs, CRNAs, respiratory therapists, dietitians, social workers, and health system leaders. All career stages, all disciplines, all settings.
How are mentors vetted?
Every mentor undergoes credential verification (license, specialty, institution), completes our structured Mentor Training Curriculum, and receives a rating after each session. We also track session completion rates and mentee outcomes — mentors who underperform are removed from matching.
Is CME/CE credit actually accredited?
Yes. Continuum's CME program is accredited through partnerships with ACCME-accredited providers. Sessions are automatically logged, objectives are mapped to ABMS/specialty board categories, and certificates are generated for your portfolio or MOC submission. CE equivalents exist for nursing, pharmacy, PT, and OT.
What does the AI actually do?
Three things: (1) Mentor matching — analyzes your profile, career stage, goals, and specialty to surface the highest-relevance matches. (2) Session Intelligence — suggests agenda items, captures key insights, and surfaces action items after each session. (3) AI Coach — an asynchronous coaching interface available between sessions for quick guidance, resource recommendations, and progress check-ins.
Can I be both a mentor and a mentee?
Absolutely — and many of our most engaged users are. A senior resident might mentor a medical student while being mentored themselves by an attending. The platform manages both relationships simultaneously, with separate dashboards, journeys, and metrics for each role.
How much time does mentorship take?
Most mentorship pairs meet 30–60 minutes per month — less time than a single journal club session. Our scheduling tools account for clinical schedules, on-call rotations, and time zone differences. Session Intelligence makes each session productive immediately, so there's no warmup time wasted.
How is this different from finding a mentor on LinkedIn?
LinkedIn gives you access; Continuum gives you structure. Cold outreach has a low response rate, no vetting, no agenda framework, no progress tracking, and no accountability on either side. Continuum pairs verified mentors with mentees based on fit, provides session structure, tracks progress toward defined goals, and generates CME credit — none of which LinkedIn does.
Is my data private and HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Continuum is HIPAA-compliant by design. We do not process or store PHI — the platform covers career development, not patient care. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, we maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance, and BAAs are available for enterprise health system accounts.
What if I can't find a mentor in my specific niche?
Our matching algorithm handles adjacent-specialty mentorship — a hand surgeon mentoring a plastic surgery fellow, or a pediatric NP mentoring a family NP new grad. We also actively recruit mentors in underrepresented niches. If your specialty isn't covered, tell us — we've built our mentor network around user requests.
When can I get started?
Continuum is currently in early access. Join the waitlist to be among the first to get access — early waitlist members receive priority mentor matching, founding member pricing, and direct input into the product roadmap. We're onboarding in cohorts by discipline.
Our Story

Built by a clinician.
For every clinician.

Continuum Health wasn't designed by engineers who studied healthcare from the outside. It was built by someone who lived the gap between the mentorship clinicians need and what actually exists.

I trained alongside some of the best physicians in the world — and watched talented colleagues stall, burn out, or leave medicine entirely because no one invested in their development. Not because mentors didn't exist, but because the system had no structure for making mentorship work. Continuum is that structure.
