For institutional pilots, academic medical centers, and health system deployments. We acknowledge BAA inquiries within five business days with a current-status update.

Before you file a request — quick orientation

Continuum is built so PHI never enters the platform in standard use. Most pilots do not need a BAA. If your institution's procurement policy requires a BAA as default for any vendor used by clinical staff, this form is the right place to start. See HIPAA-Aware Design for our full posture.

Current status (2026-05): Continuum Health AI is a pre-launch platform operated by a solo founder. We do not yet have an executed BAA with any institutional customer, and we have not yet enabled HIPAA-compliant infrastructure (Supabase Team + HIPAA add-on) in production. We are happy to engage with your institution's procurement process now, with the explicit understanding that BAA execution and HIPAA infrastructure enablement are milestones we will complete as part of onboarding your institution rather than capabilities we offer today.
